BlackBerryUAE .NET is BORNED!

At last!

This have been an idea since the very first BlackBerry I had.

The moment I recieved my BlackBerry Pearl, I knew that this is going to be the new era for phones. Well not to all, but frankly, if you are a person who is into technology and business, BlackBerry will serve you well.

Nokia, Sony Ericsson, and i-mate are among the phones that I used, or to say, still use. But a BlackBerry is different. It is not a phone, its more!

The reason for Nokia, and Sony Ericsson to be so widely spread in the UAE, is because those are the phone brands that were available here since the beginning of the GSM network.

Another reason is the fact that Nokia, and Sony Ericsson uses a very friendly user interface that any human can figure out. With the BlackBerry its slightly different. But now with the BlackBerry Pearl, 8800, and the Curve things has changed. Its improving. Heck, the Pearl is friendly enough! But still has its points of weaknesses that will be improved by Research In Motion, RIM, the BlackBerry solution provider.

Thus, I decided to create this site.

The site to everything that is BlackBerry in the UAE. To keep everyone who has a BlackBerry updated to everything new, along with the latest softwares, programs, themes, tips and tricks, troubleshooting, and configurations to a BlackBerry device here in the UAE.

I am proudly to say that there is no site up to this day that provides such informations for the United Arab Emirates BlackBerry users, except for Etisalat, the UAE BlackBerry service provider.

This is only the beginning to a site that I have alot to add, and improve.

Everyone is welcome, and even though this site is for the UAE BlackBerry users, the informations posted here will be of help to anyone with a BlackBerry device.

Suggestions, and comments are always appreciated!

I have an Etisalat BIS subscriber with BB 8700. My problem, in short, is that I don’t seem to able to receive SMS’s on my device. I have tried and tried, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone out there help?!!
I have checked the service centre number and it’s OK. My software version is 4.2.1.101.
